A beautiful and rare 450SLC with a fabulously period colour scheme in fantastic condition throughout.

First registered in August 1978, this SLC is finished in Icon Gold with Olive Green velour interior. It wears its original body-colour painted hub caps and retains its correct Becker radio. The car has been looked after by John Haynes Auto Technics for the last ten years. Last year its current owner spent over £7k ensuring the car remains in superb condition. This included fitting new Michelin XWX tyres at a cost over £1k alone.

There is a good history file detailing the work the car has received over the last ten years, plus the original owners’ pack and manuals. In terms of condition the car is superb throughout. The gold paintwork is beautiful with excellent chrome and stainless trim, and the underbody is corrosion free and original. The interior absolutely superb. The green velour is unmarked.
